This document provides in-depth information about how to install, configure and use the Open RETS Client (ORC). RETS is an acronym for the Real Estate Transaction Standard. The Real Estate Transaction Standard is the new open standard for exchanging real estate information. This document is intended for new and advanced users of the ORC. The client is based on publicly available documentation and is intended for use among brokers, agents or Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
