Circumstances of the disappearance abduction
On the 5th of March 1994 a team of young soldiers believed to be from Fort Huachuca were seen at the family residence while Priscilla's father was at work. The team filled a rental truck full of all family and furniture and disappeared. This is a parental abduction. The abductor may have an American Companion, perhaps in the Army. Priscilla's address is unknown.
Priscilla is listed with the Police as Missing and abducted abroad Believed to be in the Worms Germany area.
Priscilla is listed as a missing Juvenile and her whereabouts have been unknown since 1994. She is registered with the Department of State as abducted abroad.

I am a retired veteran and have made great sacrifices for America. This is me in Germany. In the apartments behind me I was searching door to door displaying Priscilla's missing person flyer. Germans are very anti American. I have learned interesting expressions such as "Army Raus!" which means, "Gringo Go Home", or "Yankee Go Home" and other famous expressions heard around the world.
The United States is too concerned about diplomatic relations to cite Germany on violations of the Hague Treaty or The Rights Of The Child Convention. Germans are very vocal in their dislike of us. I have to dress like this because wearing a suite proved to be suicidal! The United States has not ratified the Rights Of The Child Convention and SHOULD NOT until countries such as Germany comply with treaties they sign! Diplomacy has failed and NO AMERICAN SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS!
PARENTAL KIDNAPPING IS CHILD ABUSE! LEFT BEHIND PARENTS SHOULD NOT BE ON THEIR OWN. THE GREATEST CRIME IS THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE WILL NOT SANCTION COUNTRIES THAT KIDNAP OUR CHILDREN.
