1) Will there be any moth ball odor in my closet or on my clothes?
NO! The scented ingredients will actually act to freshen your closet.
2) How does Moth Control protect my garments from clothes moths?
The active ingredient in Austin's Moth Control is paradichlorobenzene which is what moth balls are made from.
3) How do I use this product?
Moth Control comes in 5 oz cans which are placed on the shelf above the hanging garments in your closet. Three to six cans usually are sufficient, depending on the size of the closet. Cans can also be placed in your wardrobe or dresser drawer.
4) How long do the cans last?
The cans will last anywhere from 2 to 5 months, depending on the temperature and humidity conditions in your closet. Unopened cans will last indefinitely.

6) Will Moth Control harm my pets, (cats, dogs etc.)?
Moth Control is not a poison and does not actually kill the moths. It works by acting as an irritant which effectively repels the moths from your closet. This same irritant quality makes Moth Control unattractive to household pets. It only makes for good common sense, however, to avoid leaving any open cans where they will be within the reach of small children.
